Seeking advice on reliable wellness sources in the ACT
I’ve lived in Canberra for a few years now, but I still find it surprisingly difficult to source quality wellness supplements without a huge markup. Many of the boutique shops in the city center are quite expensive, and I’m never quite sure about the quality of what I'm actually getting. I really want to find a trustworthy source that understands the local market and provides clear information. Has anyone here found a way to get what they need without breaking the bank or sacrificing quality?

It’s tough when you feel like you’re overpaying for basic wellness needs just because of where you live.
